Potato Harvesting

Firefly preschoolers have been learning all about healthy food, farms, harvesting and thankfulness. FCC church member and Firefly friend, Geralyn Leannah graciously visited our classrooms this Monday to read a story to the children about healthy eating for strong bodies. Then she brought us all out to the church garden where the students learned how to harvest potatoes. They could not have had more FUN! We are very thankful for Geralyn for sharing her time and talents with us!
