The Joy of Reading

As Winter evolved into Spring, Firefly Preschoolers have been immersed in books, storytelling, and connecting with nature. During March, we celebrated Read Across America Month by reading in different environments, learning from local author Danielle Grandinetti about the writing process and discovering what inspires us to tell a story. On warm days, we ventured outside to explore the change of seasons and to witness the many ways our outside environment comes back to life. Rainy days provided ample opportunities for creative movement all across our building.
